Welcome to The Salvatorian School Spelling Platform. By accessing, registering for, or using this website and learning portal, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Platform
This platform is provided for educational use by students, teachers, and administrators of The Salvatorian School. It supports spelling practice, vocabulary learning, academic tracking, and school-based competitions.
2. User Accounts and Access
Access to the system is granted only to approved school users. Students must use their assigned login details responsibly, and all login credentials are to remain confidential. Any unauthorized sharing of login details is strictly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, alter records, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the operation of quizzes, competitions, or student performance data. Any violation may lead to account suspension or disciplinary measures.
4. Academic Integrity
All student assessments, scores, rankings, and competition entries must reflect honest performance. The school reserves the right to investigate suspicious behavior and invalidate results where cheating or manipulation is detected.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All text, images, educational materials, logos, graphics, and platform features are owned by The Salvatorian School or used under approved educational licenses. These materials may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without written authorization.
6. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and operational. However, the school may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect availability at all times.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Student information is collected and used in line with the school’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree that the school may process personal data required for academic administration, performance tracking, and operational support.
8. Modification of Terms
